Founded in 2020 by Caroline Stacey, Caroline Stacey and Co. is a different kind of boutique consulting firm. Recognizing the need for a more collaborative and nimble approach based on global “big co.” consulting experience but scaled to meet the needs of each client and the demands of an increasingly digital world, Caroline Stacey and Co. was formed. We are creative, collaborative, and challenging (in a nice way) because we’ve found that’s the best way to get amazing results. We bring insight, energy, and passion to help our clients unlock potential – and transform their businesses.

Caroline Stacey
Caroline is a proven and dynamic leader who has led global teams for large software and consulting companies as well as technology start-ups. She is passionate about helping businesses succeed by putting customers at the center of their thinking.
Caroline uses her deep commercial and customer skills to get to the heart of what makes businesses unique and to create compelling, customer-centric strategies that deliver results. She brings energy and heart to her work, drawing on her strategy, digital transformation, and general management experience across senior leadership roles at CEB and Accenture, and executive positions at technology start-ups Retek (now part of Oracle), PreVisor, and SHL Inc.
Named a ‘woman leader to watch’ by women’s leadership development firm, Leadership1, and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s and other publications, Caroline is a sought-after management consultant, advisor, and coach.

Ray Stacey
Ray is an experienced change-maker and digital transformation leader who has held senior level positions at Fortune 500 companies, including Accenture, Best Buy, and Thomson Reuters, as well as large consulting organizations. He is committed to helping customers drive results through effective strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Thoughtful, driven, and solution-oriented, Ray brings energy, humor, and a laser focus on getting things done. Leveraging his leadership and consulting experiences, Ray is skilled at navigating large-scale programs to drive transformational change for our clients.
With a consulting, e-commerce, and digital product strategy background, Ray blends commercial insights with strategy and perspective to shape solutions that drive value.
In addition to his leadership experience, Ray is a sought-after mentor and people coach and participates as an advisory member on several non-profit boards.
