Caroline is a proven and dynamic leader who has led global teams for large software and consulting companies as well as technology start-ups. She is passionate about helping businesses succeed by putting customers at the center of their thinking.

She brings energy and heart to her work, drawing on her strategy, marketing and general management experience across senior leadership roles at CEB and Accenture, and executive positions at technology start-ups Retek (now part of Oracle), PreVisor, and SHL.
